Yes, we offer free parking on-site.
Tickets can be purchased online through our website or at our box office, subject to availability. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and tap -to-pay (Apple, Google, and Samsung).
All ticket sales are final.
We do not have an age restriction; however, we highly recommend ages 12 and up due to the intense nature of the experience.
The experience typically takes 20-30 minutes, depending on the pace of your group.
There are emergency exits throughout the haunted house. Our staff will assist you if you need to leave early.

Our actors will not touch you, but they may get close to enhance the scare factor. Do Not Touch Our Actors, and They Will Not Touch You. If interested in a more intense experience, we offer our Shadow Realm event (special nights only) where our actors may grab you.  

Yes, please inquire at the box office for any lost items.
Yes, we have concessions on-site available for purchase. We also have a variety of restaurants around us.
Closed-toe shoes are required. Large bags/purses, backpacks, and fully covered masks are not permitted.
Weapons (including costume weapons), sharp objects (including clothing/costume accessories), alcohol, drugs, flammable items, all animals (except for service animals), and hazardous materials are not permitted. Smoking is not allowed inside the haunted house.
Our general experience is not ADA accessible. Please call our management team in advance to make accommodations at (734) 718-0088.
Yes, strobe lights and fog effects are used throughout the haunted house.
No photography and videography are allowed inside the haunted house to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
