How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online through our website or at our box office, subject to availability. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and tap-to-pay (Apple, Google, and Samsung).
Can I get a refund if I can't make it?
All ticket sales are final. No refunds.
Are there any age restrictions?
We do not have a strict age restriction; however, we highly recommend ages 12 and up due to the intense nature of the experience.
How long does it take to go through the haunted house?
The experience typically takes 20–30 minutes, depending on the pace of your group.
What if I get too scared to continue?
There are emergency exits throughout the haunted house. Our staff will assist you if you need to leave early.
Will any actors touch me?
Our actors will not touch you, but they may get very close to enhance the scare factor. Do Not Touch Our Actors.
Are food and drinks available?
Yes, we have concessions on-site available for purchase. There are also a variety of restaurants around us.
What should I wear?
Closed-toe shoes are required. Large bags/purses, backpacks, and fully covered masks are not permitted.
What items are prohibited?
Weapons (including costume weapons), sharp objects, alcohol, drugs, flammable items, all animals except service animals, and hazardous materials. Smoking is not allowed inside the haunted house.
Is the haunted house wheelchair accessible?
Our general experience is not ADA accessible. Please call our management team in advance to make accommodations at (734) 718-0088.
Are there strobe lights or fog effects?
Yes, strobe lights and fog effects are used throughout the haunted house.
Can I take photos or videos inside?
No photography or videography is allowed inside the haunted house to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Do you have a lost and found?
Yes, please inquire at the box office for any lost items.
